Both poles offer the same grips with comfortable straps that adjust to the specific nordic walker. The nordic walking pole tips have a rubber tip for use on pavement that is removable. Under the rubber tip is a downhill ski pole ferrule that works when you are nordic walking off road on unpaved trails or hiking in the woods. We prefer using these poles at fixed length because it makes them lighter weight and more durable with no moving parts. |
